Overall Purpose of the Role
职位总体目标
· Implement production process and system.
执行生产的各项流程和制度；
· Manage sales order, delivery plan, production plan, ensure customer delivery.
管理生产计划，保证客户交付；
· Finished product and inventory control of products.
在制品的库存控制。

Key Responsibilities
关键职责
· Make production plan according to the delivery planning and the current production capacity.
根据出运计划并结合当前生产能力制定相应销售订单的生产计划；
· Monitor the implementation of production plan and coordinate the relevant person or department any deviation plan timely, update & communicate relevant information.
监控全部生产计划的执行进度并及时的协调相应人员或部门任何的偏离计划并更新／传达相应的信息；
· Coordinate and assist Production Manufacturing Department to adjust the capacity planning according to the medium and long term sales forecast.
根据中长期的销售预测协调和协助生产制造部调整相应的产能规划；
· Assist ERP system in production data maintenance (e.g., process route/equipment beat, etc.).
协助ERP系统生产数据维护（如工艺路线／设备节拍等)；
· Sim-finished goods Inventory control.
在制品库存控制
· Responsible for the sim-finished goods and the prevention and coordination of the dull materials.
负责半成品呆滞物料的预防及协调处理；
· Others.
完成上级交代的其他工作。

Job Requirements（Education / Qualifications and experience levels）
职位要求（教育/任职资格/经验水平）
· College degree or above, major in logistics management or economic management.
专科及以上学历，物流管理或经济管理类相关专业；
· At least 2 years working experience in production planning, auto parts company is preferred.
2年以上生产计划工作经验，汽车零部件企业优先；
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, meticulous and able to work under pressure, team spirit.
良好的人际关系和沟通能力，有上进心，工作细致并能承受一定的工作压力，团队合作精神；
· English literacy skill .
具备一定的英语读写能力；
· Proficient in MS office software, such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc., familiar with ERP application and operation.
熟练运用MS office办公软件，如Word、Excel、PPT等，熟悉ERP的应用与操作。
