Main Responsibilities:

61 Professional interface with Technics and Sales, as well as with external molds suppliers.
61 Tech-commercial expert for ISBM ( 1 Step and 2 Step Technology ) Strategy
61 Business planning and pricing of all technology related molds and components
61 Responsible for feasibility checks and confirmation as well as for technical Guidance of Sales KAM and Biz Development Team
61 Project Risk identification and Mitigation Plan Development
61 Develop product development schedules, provide fast, agile and flexible Solutions
61 Responsible for client communication in terms on technical problems and solutions.
61 Ensure the professional hand over to Project Execution Team

Education/Experience:

61 Bachelor degree, preferably in the field of Mechanical or Packaging Engineering or Plastic injection
61 8+ years working experience in injection related project management, preferably within plastics /packaging industry and experience with foreign companies
61 Solid technical background in tooling, milling and injection molding, processing and mold construction
61 Excellence in Project Management experience
61 Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

61 Customer focused and result-oriented with a traceable track record in project management with little direction or supervision needed.
61 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
61 Outstanding interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
61 Good team player and self-motivated
61 Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and manage different types of projects simultaneously
61 Good communication both in English and Mandarin
61 Willingness to travel frequently
