International Market Sales Senior Manager Purpose Based on strategic growth plan and global business platform development, responsible for key customer development and management, sales channel development and management in international market, particularly in Asia and South America (exclude Japan). This job is set for developing key customers, achieving sales target in international market, and accelerate new business growth opportunities. Main Responsibilities and duties 61 Develop and manage key customers and sales channels, achieve annual sales and profit target. 61 Responsible for customer after-sales commercial supports and payment process. 61 Responsible to arrange supply chain and logistic support related to customers sales and offerings. 61 Represent the company in online media, e-commerce, trade fairs, and networking events to connect with more customers. 61 Coordinate company sales activities in relation to external marketing communications, exhibitions,regulatory affairs, and general communications. 61 Coordinate with product, quality and operation management for pricing and technical supports 61 Drive new growth opportunities, new customers, new channels and new product portfolio to expanse new business model, particularly in Asia and South America. Qualifications, skills and experience; 61 5 years sales in international market, international trading, etc. 61 Good knowledge in food, nutrition and Health foods industry. 61 Track record of working directly with international / global customers 61 Ability to communicate effectively and interact through strong interpersonal skills 61 Experience in food, nutrition and/or health ingredients, or food flavor industries 61 Good level of English communication skills, additional Asian language is plus Educational Requirements: 61 A Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, commercial and international trade 61 Food Science, Biotechnology or related disciplines is a big plus.
