Job Responsibilities: 1. Take lead in the project management by working closely with Sales Team, Project Delivery Team including Design Team, Supply Chain and external Construction Team to ensure all Haygrove projects can be delivered to the highest standards. 2. Make the project delivery plan by working together with Product Quotation Manager, Supply Chain according to client’s needs. 3. Be in charge of the design team with upgraded recommendations and insights to best represent the Haygrove expertise. 4. Support Sales Team in the project meeting with clients by providing the suggestions/feedback in line with customer’s needs. 5. Well manage the vendor team for construction and a problem-solver for any bottleneck to a successful project delivery.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor or Master degree, majoring in Business Management,or Agricultural Facilities,or Agricultural Building Environment and Facilities Engineering is preferred. 2. At least 5-8 year’s working experience on localized construction or infrastructure project management in global companies or consulting firms, agricultural or horticultural experience is preferred but not necessary. 3. Presentable and fluent in written and verbal English. 4. Ready to work in a challenging and dynamic environment with partners and clients from a range of backgrounds. 5. Strong communication skills and result-driven, a leader who can work quickly and efficiently with internal and external on the project delivery to the highest standards. 6. Organized and analytical, can travel based on business and project needs.
