Responsibilities: 61 Align with company development strategic plan, continuously optimize portfolio profitability and grow share of mind。 61 Develop Brand Plan (annual) and business reviews (fixed frequency as agreed) with winery representatives 61Work closely with trade marketing and sales team on pricing structure, channel segmentation, channel activation and promotion plans to achieve agreed KPIs, to enable the successful implementation of marketing and sales plans 61Work closely with logistics, finance and business planning team on internal and external reports, to monitor the shipment and stock /inventory are progressing as planned 61Direct team and agencies on social media content plan to ensure achievement of social KPI 61Constantly direct the development and optimization of all marketing / brand material following brand guidelines; to monitor good implementation with field management at trade & consumer level 61To organize market visit with winery representatives and with sales team upon needs.
Requirements: 61 Minimum 5 years, solid brand management and marketing management experience from consumers goods environment or wine/spirits industry. 61 Strong commercial marketing sense and be insightful on consumer understanding 61 Brand Management knowledge on brand 61 Good strategic thinking as well as logical analytical skills
