Your role : Are you experienced in research and keen to engage with clients 1st hand? In this role you will:
61 Write CIO reports in Chinese and publish onshore. Stay familiar with CIO reports published globally. Based on CIO House View, continuously collect and analyze economic data, market trends, and various other indicators. Update data and models correspondingly, to determine suitable investment strategies for the Chinese market and write down into research reports. 61 Present CIO House View to internally and externally. Update Client Advisors (CAs) and other business partners of CIO views on a regular base. Meet clients together with CAs, and present at seminars and conferences on shore. 61 Work closely with CIO global teams. Update Chinese news and trends to CIO Asset Allocation (AA), FX and commodity teams. Actively participate CIO morning calls, weekly briefings, weekly AA calls. 61 Work closely with key business partners, including compliance and legal teams onshore to ensure processes are well defined and followed, as well as the WM business. Act as a coordinator between WM and IB research onshore and actively participate in the onshore research committee. 61 Stay on top of “house-keeping” matters, such as maintaining accurate records, follow due process for publications, including uploading in the publication and distribution system . 61 Provide media bylines to expand the presence of CIO in the Greater China region. Participate some online presentations, subject to UBS media engagement rules. Your team : 61 You'll be working in the CIO onshore office in UBSS Shanghai. Your expertise : 61 A bachelor’s degree or above 61 2+ years’ experience in financial industry; proficiency in both English and Chinese 61 Strong capability of analysis, solid understanding of Chinese economy and market 61 Ability to write and present clearly and logically 61 Pro-active attitude and mindset, well plan and organize work, and be accountable 61 A team player, willingness to collaborate across different teams and contribute to CIO as a unit, both in English and Chinese
