Sea Corporation Pty Ltd (Seacorp) is part of the Thompson Shipping Group of Companies. We are an internationally renowned ship agency and marine service company. Our other activities include Ship Owning and Vessel Operating.
Seacorp China was established in 2008 as protective shipping agents covering 1200 port calls annually at Chinese ports.

To be considered for this position, applicants will need to demonstrate:
- Minimum 7 years’ practical management experience in dry bulk shipping agency business.
- Fully conversant in dry bulk shipping agency operational procedures.
- Excellent written and oral literacy skills (both English and Chinese).
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good management skills including staff motivation.
- Good time management skills, flexible to working time, and attention to detail.
- Energetic, friendly, and honest nature with a proactive “can do” attitude.
- Business trip and port visit from time to time is necessary.

Ship Agency
Oversee the management of Seacorp’s protective ship agency business at Chinese ports:
- Daily liaison with Seacorp’s sub-agents in Shanghai to ensure compliance with Seacorp’s procedures.
- Lead contact with Company’s Customer and senior management on any major issues at Chinese ports.

Outturn Management
- Assist with the outturn management division under the guidance of the Chief Representative and with support from the Marine Manager.
- Build and maintain close relationships with customers.
- Travel to port(s) to meet with local contacts to maintain relationships and assist in improving outturn results in a fair manner to our customers.

Marketing
- Travel and meet with various parties to support the protective shipping agency and outturn management business in China.
