POSITION SUMMARY: The role is responsible for the operation of existing stores on 3rd party platform (Alibaba Fliggy), by working closely with the Store Operation vendor and 3rd party platform. In addition, he/she also needs to develop new stores and set up SOP on other platforms.
This is a 6 months contract with third party. ________________________________________ ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Coach and manage the team (Store Operation vendor) on daily operation of the existing Alibaba Fliggy store, and monitor sales performance on a daily basis. Communicate monthly/weekly promotion message, pricing as well as brand visual assets to other partners. 2. Develop store KPI, including but not limited to sales result, traffic volume, conversion rate, databank volume, etc. and track Store Operation vendor’s performance based on these core metrics. 3. Conduct weekly analysis to review performance and create next step plan together with the vendor in order to maximize sales results. 4. Plan and implement monthly regular promotion, engagement event and the annual big sales campaigns such as Super Brand Day, 618, Double 11 etc.. Prepare the brief or training material to related stakeholders/vendors/supporting teams before launch of the campaign/project. 5. Develop the in-site investment (e.g. Alimama, KOL, Fliggy Ads) strategy, and track daily/weekly performance for continuous optimization and achieving higher ROI. 6. Work with live stream team to improve Taobao/Channel livestream performance and better guest experience. 7. Work with guest service team to improve sales conversion as well as guest satisfaction rate. ________________________________________ QUALIFICATIONS: 1Minimum 4 years’ experience in e-commerce field, travel industry preferred 2Familiar with 3rd party e-commerce platforms (e.g. Fliggy, Tmall etc.) ________________________________________ KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 1 Dedication to work, willing to start up a brand new business and team, aggressive attitude will be extremely important. 2 1In-depth knowledge of 3rd party platform operation and campaign implementation. 3 Demonstrate the passion to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets both individually and within the team. 4 Strong communication skills, able to bring the team with positive influence. 5 Willing to accept the challenge and pressure 6 Problem solving and multi-task skills, willing to cooperate with other departments 7.Ability to collaborate, partner and influence people up, down and 8.Experience on travel industry will be a plus.
