JOB PURPOSE: The key role is to work with the Regional Service Managers,Business Managers and Project Engineers to ensure timely and efficient coordination entry of Service contracts. The position will require interfacing with other areas of our business to ensure all projects meet customer's expectations and scope requirements, such as finance and scheduling timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/Areas of Accountability: 1. Works with Regional Service Managers, Service Business Managers and Project Engineers to secure complete project information, set-up projects and follows-up with relevant business units as required. 2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of order entry status and supports updates and scope changes 3. Enter and maintain accurate data in our ERP system (LN and Microsoft Dynamics AX) 4. Utilize creativity and initiative to enhance customer satisfaction through involvement with process improvements 5. Ability to interact positively with various levels within the entire global organization 6.Lead special projects within the team 7.Support the operation on various initiatives as directed by the Team Leader
REQUIREMENTS: 1.Bachler Degree or above. 2. Prefer 2-5 years' experience in systems support, analytics, administrative support, sales support, engineering or related fields
