Overall Purpose of the Role
职位总体目标
· Implement logistics procedures and systems.
执行物流的各项流程和制度；
· Responsible for the shipping of company to ensure the customers' on-time delivery.
负责公司的发货，保证客户的准时交付；
· Responsible for the management of logistics carriers.
负责公司物流运输商的管理；
· Process special transactions such as scrap、stock adjustment .etc.
报废、调账等仓库特殊账务的处理。


Key Responsibilities
关键职责
· Make delivery plan according to sales order.
根据销售订单制定发货计划；
· Compile the delivery data, supervise the delivery and follow up the transportation situation.
编制发货资料，监督现场发货、跟踪运输情况；
· Implement JIT delivery mode and coordinate the consignment warehouse management, ensure the goods arrive at the appointed place on time
贯彻/执行JIT的交付模式和外仓的协调工作，保证货物准时到达指定地点；
· Management of internal Logistics Transportation Suppliers, such as contract signing, reconciliation, abnormal coordination, performance management, etc.;
国内物流运输公司的管理，如合同签订、对账、异常协调、绩效管理等；
· Responsible for the returnable packing material management.
负责周转包材的账务登记和管理；
· Responsible for the operation of kanban card in K3 and ensure the normal distribution of materials in the factory.
负责看板卡片在K3中备料单据的操作，保证厂内物流正常发料；
· Control the logistics costs.
控制物流成本；
· Process special transactions such as scrap、stock adjustment .etc.
报废、调账等仓库特殊账务的处理；
· Others.
完成上级交代的其他工作。

Job Requirements（Education / Qualifications and experience levels）
职位要求（教育/任职资格/经验水平）
· College degree or above, major in logistics management or economic management.
专科及以上学历，物流管理或经济管理类相关专业；
· At least 2 years working experience in logistics, auto parts company is preferred.
2年以上物流相关工作经验，汽车零部件企业优先；
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, meticulous and able to work under pressure, team spirit.
良好的人际关系和沟通能力，有上进心，工作细致并能承受一定的工作压力，团队合作精神；
· English literacy skill.
具备一定的英语读写能力；
· Proficient in MS office software, such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc., familiar with ERP application and operation.
熟练运用MS office办公软件，如Word、Excel、PPT等，熟悉ERP的应用与操作。
