Job Requirement:
61 Degree In Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, and equivalents.
61 Minimum 10 years working experience in Electronic products (Communication, Enterprise products,
etc.) reliability testing and design analysis.
61 Familiar with MTBF predication
61 Familiar with Environmental and reliability testing such as Vibration test, Shock test, drop test, storage
test, HALT/HASS, acoustic test, RVI test, etc.
61 Project management skills and data analysis
61 Good English skills in both written and oral
Job Responsibilities:
61 Responsible for reliability test validation of IT equipment including server/storage/switch product.
61 Work with Development team to ensure the products can meet reliability specification.
61 Responsible for MTBF prediction analysis to provide initial reliability predictions.
61 Work with other function teams to perform failure analysis and generate failure reports
61 Document comprehensive reliability test plan and report
