Resource effectiveness Enhancement: Analyze the rationality and effectiveness of terminals, sales target, headcount, territory, activity etc., propose analysis conclusion and strategic suggestion of sales force for BO Head and TA Head, e.g. field force optimization for ONC China; Represent BO to align salesforce and terminal management process with regional heads and central functions. Annually/ quarterly review and improve regional process based onbusiness strategy changing: Terminals and territory adjustment principles and process etc.02 Support Sales Director and BO head on budget management and adminstrative support. Support regional head and BO head for sales effective analysis and tracking e.g. New launch hospital listing tracking for ONC. Monthly ensure implementation of salesforce and terminal management process, check the rationality of sales target setting of terminal and territory. Lead compliance management initiatives and support other related projects cross China to ensure smooth operation.
