Role & Responsibilities: Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position): - The Senior Manager, S/4 Finance Workstream PMO, leads the finance transformation within the S/4 Business Transformation program, partnering with cross-functional leaders and finance stakeholders across FP&A, Pricing and Costing, Controlling, Accounting Operations, Tax and Treasury. This role drives the finance workstream to deliver an optimized solution for APAC, provides decision & analytic support, aligns requirements with AMER and EMEA, and drives change management and adoption efforts for successful delivery and sustained value. Key Result Areas: - Project Management: Oversee planning, execution, and tracking of the APAC finance workstream, ensuring alignment with timelines and value delivery. - Regional Alignment: Align process designs with AMER/EMEA requirements (e.g., tax, treasury, FP&A) while prioritizing APAC needs. - Data Migration: Support finance teams in migrating data into S/4HANA. - Finance Workstream Enablement: Assist the Finance Business Process Owner (BPO) with decision-making and continuity while guiding Business Process Managers (BPM) on process definition (L4-L6), training, testing, and cutover across all finance areas. - Change Management & Adoption: Drive APAC-focused change strategies and process adoption with the BPO and BPMs. - Integration & Reporting: Facilitate cross-functional integration and provide status updates to finance leadership. Competency Requirements: - Leadership & communication: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills across APAC, AMER, and EMEA. - Organizational transformation skills: Expertise in ERP project management (SAP S/4HANA preferred), change management, and cross-regional coordination. Comfortable operating in a highly matrix structure and ambiguous situations. - Domain knowledge: Understanding of finance processes (FP&A, Pricing & Costing, Controlling, Accounting, Tax, Treasury) and regional requirements (e.g., US GAAP, China GAAP). - Technology: Experience with SAP and / or other Finance Technology (e.g., BPC, Coupa, PowerBI, Lease Accounting System and Blackline). - Functional Competencies: Analytical skills and ability to translate requirements into plans and actions. Experience - 8+ years in finance management, with experience in ERP transformations (SAP S/4HANA preferred). - Proven track record of managing transformation and driving change/adoption. - Experience supporting senior leaders and managing cross-functional teams.Academic Qualifications - Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field; PMP, MBA, or equivalent is a plus. - Subject Expert In: Project Management, Finance Operations, ERP Systems. Language Proficiency: - Fluent in English; additional regional language proficiency (e.g. Chinese) is an advantage. Specific Working Conditions - Frequency of Travel: As required to support regional finance teams and project delivery. - Work Location: TBC
