Key Learning Opportunities: 61 Marketing operations: Gain experience from marketing upper/middle/lower funnels coordination. 61 Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate closely with Converse Asia Marketing, Digital and Commercial functions, including Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, Social Media, Integrated Retail Marketing , Digital Marketing and Commercial Marketplace Planning . 61 Business Exposure: Engage with both finance and Converse Asia marketing team at a leadership level.
Key Roles & Responsibilities: 61 Responsible for Asia Opex and DCI (marketing expense) management and develop CSR, AOP and Budget to support efficient investment and drive business growth. 61 Work closely with cross functions to deliver monthly closing and forecast updates and identify R&O. 61 Prepare monthly CFOR Opex/DCI related parts with deep-dive analysis and performance tracking on key investments. 61 Work closely with cross functions on driving productivity saving and improve ROI of the investment. 61 Support new projects including pilot retail excellence support on top key doors, new product launch support, etc.
