Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and execute the migration of enterprise applications and services from an on-premise datacenter to Alicloud.
2. Analyze and understand existing infrastructure, dependencies, and
application configurations to support effective migration strategies.
3. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the migration workstream, supporting internal stakeholders and business clients.
4. Ensure adherence to compliance, documentation, and quality standards throughout all migration phases.
5. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitOps, ArgoCD).
6. Promote continuous improvement by contributing to internal best practices, templates, and toolkits.

Required Skills & Experience
1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud and DevOps engineering roles with proven project delivery.
2. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (Alicloud experience preferred; AWS experience beneficial).
3. Deep understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps,
infrastructure automation, and container orchestration.
4. Experience with tools such as:
o Configuration Management: Ansible
o Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
o Scripting: Bash, Python, or Go
o CI/CD & GitOps: GitLab CI, ArgoCD
o Secrets Management
o IaC: Terraform
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
6. Prior experience with large-scale application migration projects, especially involving regulatory or compliance-heavy environments (e.g., China cloud policies).
7. Familiarity with Alicloud services, architecture patterns, and constraints.
8. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern SDLC processes.
