As we are continuing to grow our Shanghai Campus, we are looking for a visual inspection production supervisor to be based in Shanghai.

This position is responsible for the production management of visual inspection, ensuring that all products passing through the visual inspection process meet the quality requirements and can be delivered to the next process on time.
该职位负责外观检验的生产管理工作，确保经过目视化检测工序的所有产品满足质量要求，且可以按时交付至下一道工序。

Major Responsibilities of the Position:
主要岗位职责
61 Make sure the shopfloor operation compliance with company’s EHS and Quality requirements.
管理车间运作，符合公司的品质和EHS要求。确保所有生产活动符合既定的标准操作流程（SOP）和作业指导书（WI）。
61 Achieve the production KPIs, including: OEE\OTD\Cost....
推动达成生产部门各项KPI指标，如：OEE、准时交付率、成本控制等。
· Efficiency Management：Ensure that deburring methods are uniform and effective for all employees on the production line, regulating and improving individual output to achieve better delivered result.
效率管理：确保产线所有员工的去毛刺方法是统一的和有效的，监管并提高个人产出，以达到更好交付的结果。
· Quality Management: Ensure that employees' work on site meets the requirements of GMP/GDP; ensure that employees' quality of deburring and checked appearance of products meets the quality requirements.
质量管理: 确保员工在现场的工作符合GMP/GDP的要求；确保员工对产品的去毛刺质量和检查过的外观质量符合质量要求。
· People Management: Strictly supervise the behavior and awareness of frontline staff and team leaders to ensure that they can meet the business needs; maintain a good incentive mechanism; ensure that the training of the employees under his/her responsibility is effective prior to commencement of work; responsible for the selection and appointment of personnel in charge of the business module.
人员管理: 严格监管一线员工和班组长的行为和意识，确保其能满足业务需求；维持好激励机制；确保所负责员工在上岗之前的培训是有效的；负责所负责业务模块的人员选拔，任用等工作。
· Cost management: Reasonable control of team size based on forecast volume and capacity; reasonable control of overtime; reasonable control of consumables usage.
成本管理：根据预测量和产能，合理控制团队人数；合理控制加班；合理控制耗材的使用量。
· Safety Management: Ensure that employees wear PPE in accordance with regulations; ensure that employees operate in accordance with safe operating procedures; and drive employees to make safety improvements.
安全管理：确保员工按照规定穿戴PPE；确保员工的操作符合安全操作规程；推动员工进行安全改善。
· On-site management: Ensure the effectiveness of on-site 5S management so that production is always carried out in a neat and orderly efficient environment.
现场管理：确保现场5S管理的有效性，使生产一直在一个整洁有序的高效环境中进行。
· Support the cross-functional tasks.
支持跨部门任务，与其他部门合作以实现生产目标，推动整个组织的成功。
· Other tasks assigned by manager.
完成上级所交代的其他工作内容。
Qualifications
资质要求
· Educational Background and Major: College degree or above.
· 学历与专业：大专及以上学历。
· Work Experience: At least eight years of experience in production management, along with QC experience or visual inspection experience.
· 工作经验：至少八年的生产管理工作经验，同时具备QC经验或者外观检测经验。
· Professional Skills: Proficient in using ERP management systems; possess data analysis capabilities and be proficient in using office software like Excel; have knowledge of the quality management system.
专业技能：使用过ERP相关软件；具备数据分析能力，能熟练运用Excel等办公软件；了解质量管理体系相关知识。
· Personal Qualities: Have good communication and coordination abilities, and be able to collaborate efficiently with multiple departments such as production, quality inspection, and warehousing; be rigorous and meticulous in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have strong problem-solving abilities and stress tolerance.
个人素质：具备良好的沟通协调能力，能与生产、质检、仓储等多部门高效协作；工作严谨细致，责任心强，具有较强的问题解决能力和抗压能力。
· Requires the ability to learn quickly （How to deburr；How to check the parts）.
需要快速学习的能力（如何去毛刺；如何检查产品）。
· Ability to English reading and speaking skills.
具备英语阅读听说能力。
