We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on trade shows and marketing events. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and executing marketing campaigns specifically tailored to these events, collaborating with the sales and product management teams, and leveraging various channels to maximize brand value, customer engagement, and lead generation opportunities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
01 Marketing Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns. Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials and assets, ensuring timely and accurate execution to achieve campaign objectives. 01 Offline Events Management: Take a leads role in planning, coordinating and executing marketing activities for offline events, such as tradeshows, customer events and conferences. 01 Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various marketing materials and ensure that the content aligns with our brand voice and effectively communicates key messages. 01 Communication Channel Management: Manage communication channels, including company website, social media platforms, email marketing, and other relevant channels. Regularly update content, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries to maintain a consistent and active online presence. 01 Public Relations: Assist in developing and implementing public relations initiatives, including media relations, press releases, and media monitoring. Maintain relationships with media contacts to generate positive coverage and increase brand visibility. 01 Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of communication initiatives, campaigns, and content engagement metrics. Prepare regular reports summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations for optimization. 01 Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to ensure alignment of messaging and coordinated execution of marketing communication strategies.
Qualifications: 01 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field or with min.2-3 years’ proven experience in marketing communications. 01 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. 01 Familiarity with marketing tools, including tradeshows, website, email marketing tools, and social media management tools etc. 01 Knowledge of public relations practices and media relations is a plus. 01 Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on marketing communication performance. 01 Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. 01 Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas. 01 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
