Report to Hardline Operations Manager.
Consolidate and manage demand forecast to generate monthly production & shipment planning
Check and update the permanent assortment in system regularly by close follow-up with merchandising & packing team for all changes (e.g. product/packaging/packing change etc.)
Trigger production at each supplier and reserve production capacity based on production planning & forecast, and follow-up with production until FRI date.
Manage shipment orders based on shipment flow planning.
Conduct monthly inventory checks with suppliers to ensure online system records are similar to supplier physical stocks.
Perform weekly analysis of sales and stocks to alert upon big sales deviations and adjust production & on-time shipment.
Initiate continuous improvement pertaining to performance by deep dive data analysis and synergy enhancement within cross functions & with suppliers.

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
5-8 years’ working experience, demand & supply planning experience with project management preferred.
Experience in supply chain analysis, specially on forecasting and inventory management.
Proficient in using Excel or other BI tools to make reports.
Familiar with SQL, Looker Studio and other Google Add-in will be the advantage.
Good logical thinking with strong data analytical skills and attention to details.
Fluent in oral and written English and local language. Knowledge in French is a plus.
Effective communication skills, teamwork, and quick-learner.
Enjoys challenges, motivated and strong sense of ownership, able to work under pressure.
