Responsibilities 1. Support the daily admin work in operations department as well as events and ad hoc projects as deemed necessary. 2. Arrange retail material / products to stores including document support and invoicing 3. Support operation department including procurement as well as HR related document 4. Support operation departments for event related arrangement including logistics and stock preparation 5. Support operation manager to manage the warehouse including stock control and daily in / out practice 6. Support operation manager to manage inventory and POS system control 7.Assist management in any new project or ad hoc tasks
Requirements 61 University degree in business or a related field. 61 Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus. 61 Exposure to retail/F&B industry preferred. 61 Relevant industry experience (F&B, retail, or startups). 61 At least 1-2 year of experience in performing administration or retailing operations duties 61 Good command of Putonghua and English. Cantonese ability a plus. 61 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 61 Previous experience in POS system a plus 61 Strong organizational and communication skills. 61 Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. 61 Strong execution skills – ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. 61 Team player – collaborates well internal and external parties. 61 Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively to ensure KPI’s are met and results delivered. 61 Resilient to persevere and push ahead despite challenges and set back. 61 Passionate about F&B.
