职位描述
Accountabilities:
1、Develop Sales Strategy: develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth in retail segment. Align strategy with overall company goals and objectives. 制定并实施全面的业务策略,以推动所负责零售区域的业务增长。确保该策略与公司整体目标和宗旨保持一致。
2、Market Analysis: conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends and competitive landscapes within the retail sector. Use insights to develop targeted plans and promotional activities. 市场分析:开展市场调研与分析,以识别零售行业内的机会、趋势及竞争格局。利用洞察结果制定针对性计划与促销活动。
3、Key Account Management: build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at drugstore chains. Collaborate with key accounts to develop joint business plans, negotiate contracts and ensure effective product promotion. 重点客户管理:与连锁药店建立并维护紧密关系。与重点客户协同制定联合商业计划,参与合同谈判,并确保产品推广的有效性。
4、Cross functional collaboration: collaborate closely with marketing, regional operational managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to guide marketing strategies. 跨职能协作:与市场团队、区域运营经理及其他团队紧密合作,确保销售与市场举措的协同性和执行有效性。提供市场趋势及客户需求反馈,以指导营销策略制定。
5、Compliance and Ethics: ensure adherence to all relevant industry regulations, company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities. Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behaviors within the team. 合规与道德规范:确保所有推广活动严格遵守相关行业法规、公司政策及规范。在团队中倡导合规与符合公司行为规范的文化。
6、Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop high-performing team to achieve individual and team targets. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the team’s success. 团队领导力:领导、指导并培养高绩效团队,以达成个人及团队目标。提供指导、支持与激励,确保团队取得成功。
7、Training and Development: identify training needs within the team and coordinate sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, selling skills and customer relationship management capabilities. 培训与发展团队:识别团队的培训需求,协调培训项目,以提升产品知识、销售技巧及客户关系管理能力。


Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:
1、Bachelor’s Degree and above. 本科及以上学历。
2、Major in medication or life science related. 医学、药学、生物制药等生命科学相关专业。


Competency & Skills:
1、Integrity, proactiveness, good adaptability, ability of working effectively under pressure and self-motivation. 诚实守信,积极主动,快速适应变化,能够承责承压并自我激励。
2、Advanced interpersonal communication skills, facilitating abilities with good leadership and collaboration spirit. 卓越的人际沟通能力、协调与领导能力及团队合作精神。
3、Excellent Analytical, planning, organizing and implementing abilities with business acumen.优秀的分析、计划、组织及执行能力及业务敏锐度。


Experience:
1、At least 4 years relevant retail sales management experience in the relative field. 有相关的医药销售工作经验,并在相关领域有4年以上的零售管理工作经验。
