Production Planner Shanghai, China On Site As a Production Planner, you ensure products are made and delivered on time by aligning demand, materials, and capacity,to support core growth from Seasoning. Besides traditional production planning scope,you will also deeperly participate the full NPI process starting from new business intruduction to mid trial,untill delivery to clients.You manage daily plans, purchase orders, and inventory levels while solving issues that impact production. This role is key to keeping operations smooth and meeting customer needs. Your key responsibilities ● Develop daily production plans based on customer demand, material availability, and capacity status; monitor plan attainment to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods. ● Create and release purchase orders, check component availability, and coordinate with the IG site to track orders and ensure timely delivery. ● Identify and resolve issues that may impact the production schedule and customer delivery. ● Control inventory levels to ensure they remain within a reasonable and efficient range. ● Apply appropriate planning parameters and propose improvements to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency. ● Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
