Position Overview: The North Face is seeking a creative and detail-oriented EC Marketing – Assets & Content senior executive/assistant manager to join our EC team. This role is responsible for the execution and localization of digital content and creative assets across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring alignment with brand direction while driving consumer engagement and conversion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including brand, design, digital mkt, EC operation, TP and DP to bring EC campaigns and content to life.
Key Responsibilities: - Content Asset Management & Execution - Support the planning and execution of the EC GTM calendar and EC marketing asset roadmap. - Localize and adapt global/regionally provided assets (KV, short videos) based on EC needs. - Oversee the end-to-end execution of EC content and creative materials, ensuring high-quality output aligned with brand and platform standards. - Align closely with the cross functions (brand, creative, digital, ec operation, etc.) to ensure consistent storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
2. Model Shooting & Short Video Generation - Own the full EC content process from brief and shooting to post-editing and on-time delivery. - Lead and manage model shooting projects for EC, including new product launches, feature highlights, and key item showcases, ensuring creative output meets platform guidelines and brand tone. - Plan and coordinate short video production, incl. product functionality showcasing, mix&match recommendations, outdoor occasion immersion, etc. - Work closely with content agency (TP/DP) to support major EC campaigns (e.g., 618, D11, member day, SBD, CNY etc.) and daily operation with impactful visuals and video storytelling.
3. Assets & Content data analysis and reporting - Regular market & competitor data collection with insight analysis - Track data and prepare high-quality weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports, provide findings with opportunities and actions for improvement
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Visual Communication, E-Commerce, or a related field. - Fluent in English - 3-5 years of experience in digital content, e-commerce creative, preferably in sports & outdoor, or consumer goods. - Solid understanding of China’s major EC platforms (Tmall, Douyin, etc.) and their content ecosystems. - Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and quality. Proficient in collaborating with creative, production, and cross-functional teams. - Passion for outdoor lifestyle, or digital marketing is highly preferred.
