This role delivers advanced recruiting operations support for Danaher in China, handling TA customer experience processes, participating in regional / global projects, and working closely with TA advisors to address business requests. In this role, you will: · Follow standard work guidelines to create a positive candidate experience and adhere to compliance standards. · Timely and accurately complete interview schedules, offer letters, and other requests in alignment with global standards. · Support global/regional TA projects (e.g.,COE Committee, Process optimization). · Maintain 100% data compliance in applicant tracker per global standards. · Mentor junior team member(s) during peak volumes or absence. · Support China TAC Leader to resolve urgent business needs, and resolve escalated candidate/manager inquiries requiring senior-level intervention. Essential requirements: · Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of working experience. · Strong prioritization skills with ability to meet tight deadlines · Proven ability to handle complex tasks (e.g., multi-location scheduling, process training and enhancement) · Good at English, especially oral. · Experience supporting cross-functional/cross-regional projects is a plus.
