Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist superior in technical guidance during project concept reviewing.
2. Understand Product development process requirement and work according to it.
3. Support and carry out product development projects
4. Carry out maintenance and calibration work of lab equipment’s and test rigs.
5. Conduct all relevant tests according to the test instructions.
6. Ensure the documentation of experiment and test results.
7. Test lab/pilot samples according to the project requirement list. Document experiment details and results clearly and properly.
8. Report the test and experiments results in oral and written form to superior.
9. Follow up and give technical guidance to production during the new product realization process.
10. Ensure effective and efficient communication with the functions concerned at KLM, such as RD & QR, as well as other branches.
11. Work as a team with laboratory staff, help each other to solve any technical problem.
12. Provide technical support to production for process improvement.
Qualifications：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
2. At least 2-3 years’ laboratory experience, familiar with analysis methods and research & development work
3. Good project management skills
4. Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a team player.
5. Good communication and coordination skills in an international environment.
6. Fluent English – oral and written.
7. Excellent PC skills.
