Role Summary
Lead strategic raw material procurement for all China manufacturing plants. Drive P&L impact, manage a 30+ team, and ensure resilient automotive supply chains.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute raw material sourcing strategies across China plants
-Oversee $100M+ annual procurement budget
-Lead, mentor, and scale 30+ sourcing professionals
-Negotiate high-value contracts (English/Mandarin)
-Collaborate with Engineering/Manufacturing/R&D teams
-Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure compliance




任职资格-10+ years strategic sourcing leadership in automotive/machinery
- Proven P&L impact through cost savings (>$100M portfolio)
- Fluent bilingual negotiator (English & Mandarin)
- Technical acumen (e.g., specs, BOMs, automotive materials)
- Bachelor’s in Engineering/Supply Chain (preferred)
- Preferred age: Under 48
