Our [FAS China Division] is looking for a Division Logistics Young Graduate at [Shanghai Office].
The role of a Division Logistics Young Graduate is to organize the Div logistics’ report, coordinate the data processing related to the projects and to respect the pre-established logistics cost module (including budget data) and FCPs. The main missions for this role are to 2 parts:

1st part, Div logistics routine orgnization:
74 Monthly & weekly Div logistics report orgnize, key data review & check with plant PCL;
74 Participate Div PCL KPI definition and plant inform communication;
74 Participate BG review and key actions’ follow up;
74 Focus on transport cost monitor skill learning and analysis;
74 Focus on program PCL tooling usage learning and optimization;
74 Focus on digital logistic knowledge learning and test;

2nd part, Plant logistics paticipate:
74 Paticipate plant PCL routine process through dedicated projects;
74 Join & support to orgnize routine PCL functional net work and workshop;
74 Focus on new plant or business launch and try to make activities between Div & plant;
74 Paticipate plant logistics function benchmark targets setting up through plant ranking result analysis and value creation target achievement;
74 Control and inform the Fau logistics policy and FCP files;

74 Bachelor's degree
74 Good computer skills
74 Strong verbal and written communications skills
