Key Responsibilities 1.Actively identify and develop new business opportunities across the archaeology, geology, and hydrology communities 2.Build and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients through regular engagement 3.Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their radiocarbon dating needs and match them with appropriate SGS Beta services 4.Present tailored service proposals, clearly communicating the value SGS Beta can provide to support client goals 5.Deliver presentations online or in person, adapting communication style to effectively engage diverse audiences 6.Attend in-person meetings and confidently communicate with key decision makers at universities, companies, and governmental institutions 7.Collaborate internally to ensure smooth project handover and service delivery 8.Manage the full sales process from lead generation to sample submission 9.Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and meet established performance KPIs 10.Provide feedback and market insights to management to support sales strategy development 11.Represent SGS Beta at relevant academic events, trade shows, and seminars to promote brand awareness and industry presence 12.Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that clients receive high-quality service aligned with expectations 13.Uphold SGS Beta professional and ethical standards at all times 14.Continuously develop personal knowledge in SGS Beta services to better serve clients
Candidate Requirements 1.Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, geology, archaeology, or a related scientific field (required) 2.Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in technical sales, project coordination, or customer service (required) 3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally and build trusted client relationships (required) 4.Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities (required) 5.Advanced English and Simplified Chinese proficiency in both written and spoken communication (required)
