工作职责：
61 与集装箱租赁公司打交道，根据 FESCO 的要求，申请在世界各地指定地点提供/接收空集装箱的可能性。
Deal with container leasing companies, apply for possibility to supply/accept empty containers in certain locations around the world based on FESCO requirements.
61 获得租赁公司对空集装箱提货和还箱的批准和放行，将租箱和还箱详情发送给 FESCO 代理和分支机构。
Get approvals, releases from leasing companies for empty containers pick up and redelivery, send on-hire and off-hire details to FESCO agents and branches.
61 负责审查和重新协商与租赁公司、集装箱所有者及其他相关供应商的合同。
Responsible for reviewing and renegotiating contracts with leasing companies, container owners and other related providers.
61 在市场上寻找提供***条款和条件的集装箱设备供应商。
Searching the market for container equipment providers with best terms and conditions.
61 控制提货/还箱时间表，并根据商定的配额和合同条款保持租赁集装箱的数量。
Control delivery/redelivery schedules and keep the quantity of containers on lease in accordance with agreed quotas and contract terms.
61 制作有关 FESCO 集装箱租赁活动的统计摘要和报告。
Create statistics summary and reports concerning to FESCO container leasing activity.
61 在系统中创建新合同，并为租箱、还箱和转租发布参考信息。
Create new contracts and release references in the system for on-hires, off-hires and subleasing.
61 合同一旦有变动，及时更新系统。
Keep updating the system once there are changes to the contracts.
61 持续更新还箱汇总表，并通知代理，以便了解我们根据相关协议允许还箱的地点和限制。
Update continuously redelivery summary table and inform agents in order to be aware of the locations and limits we are allowed to return containers based on the relevant agreement.
61 处理免费使用协议，并协助同事。
Deal also with free-use agreements and assisting colleagues.
61 协助同事审批租赁发票。
Help colleagues to approve leasing invoices.
61 同时处理销售事务，安排二手集装箱出售的招标，争取最优报价。
Deal also with sales, arrange tender of selling second hand units for the best offer.
61 同时处理采购事务，参与招标，为 FESCO 集团争取购买全新或二手集装箱的最优报价。
Deal also with purchasing, participating to tenders to get the best offer of buying brand new or second hand containers for FESCO fleet.


任职要求：
61 航运公司箱管岗位5年以上工作经验；
At least 5 years working experience in shipping company's Equipment manager position.
61 英语流利，可作为工作语言。
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
