Track emerging technology trends and real estate innovation, and share relevant insights with the team and Swire Properties
Stay informed on portfolio companies and keep up with investor reports, research reports and other published materials from New Ventures fund’s portfolio companies and funds
Assist in the research and preparation of thematic thought papers on relevant technology and real estate innovation topics
Perform screening and due diligence of tech companies through research and analysis on their technology, products, business models, and financials
Support deal execution by coordinating with auditing and legal professionals during due diligence, closing and post-deal portfolio management
Assist in fund portfolio management by supporting the growth of existing portfolio companies and funds, and identifying opportunities for them to deliver value for Swire Properties
Requirements:
A strong interest in technology, startups, and real estate innovation
2-4 years of working experience; experience in consulting, technology acceleration, real estate innovation, and venture investments is a plus
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
