Job Duties岗位职责:
85 Maintenance and troubleshooting of the Litho equipment.
负责光刻设备的维护保养及故障处理;
85 Make and implement the PM plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
制定并实施各类PM项目（周度，月度，季度，年度）
85 Check the spare parts of the equipment regularly, contact the supplier for purchasing, and ensure the timely supply to avoid the impact on the production.
定期清点设备parts备件，及时联络供应商采购，保证设备备件的及时供应不影响生产
85 By doing the second sourcing to do the cost saving for parts maintenance and consumables.
通过second source,有效降低设备维修parts及易耗品的成本
85 Do regular 6S check in relevant production area to make sure safety in production.
定期对生产区域进行6S检查，确保安全生产
85 Use the systems to monitor the parameters of the equipment.
熟练使用各项系统对设备各类参数实时监控
85 Formulate the equipment operation instruction and SOP of maintenance and parts changing, and conduct relevant internal training.
制定设备的操作指导书、维护及部件更换维修的操作流程，并做好相应的内部培训
85 Cooperate with other departments to complete the new equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance.
与其他部门合作完成新设备的安装、调试及验收工作
Job Requirements岗位要求：
85 Bachelor degree or above; major in semiconductor, microelectronics, mechanical, electrical automation, automatic control, etc;
本科或以上学历；半导体、微电子、机械、电气自动化、自控等专业毕业；
85 At least 2 years relevant equipment engineer working experience, adapt to the working environment of cleanroom, with relevant equipment installation and maintenance experience is preferred;
二年及以上相关设备工程师相关工作经验，适应净化间的工作；有相关设备装机和维护经验优先；
85 Understanding the manufacturing process of semiconductor Mask/Foundry.
了解半导体Mask/晶元生产流程
85 Good command oral and written English.具备一定英文听说读写能力
85 Initiatively work and study new things, diligent, rigorous and strong sense of responsibility;工作积极、认真好学、勤奋踏实、严谨求实、责任心强；
