Main Responsibilities:
This role is very critical to Converse HK business, will be mainly focused on:
1) Support TW and HK marketplace’s regular WSL order processing to fulfill OB shipment requirement based on instruction from business team.
2) Inbound receiving in QianHai bounded DC.
3) Outbound shipment planning with QianHai 3PL.
4) Physical inventory management with 3PL, it includes cycle count, annual stock taking and shadow stock taking.
5) Daily inventories monitor to make sure the accuracy of inventory among the systems 100% match.
6) Communicate with business partners and understanding the requirements of business partners.
7) Daily sales order placement in SAP.
8) Arrange payment in COUPA and monthly manual accrual data collection based on billing.
9) Responsible for daily logistics data collection and analysis
10) Other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
1) This role needs clearly understand the policy of bounded warehouses including cargo in and out from DC. More than 2 years bounded warehouse management experience is preferred.

4) College degree or above
5) Self-starter, willing to learn.
