Position Summary:
This Position will be mainly focus on daily domestic distribution, included but not limited sales orders creation, delivery arrangements, system operation, inventory management, and supplier performance tracking to ensure related KPI achievable.

General Responsibilities:
1. Distribution Management
- Communication with planning and commercial team- DTC, ITC and online to schedule outbound plan.
- Responsible for in & out orders operations in SAP and troubleshot among different systems
- Coordinate and balance 3PL capacity to fulfil the shipping targets of commercial channels.
- Trace and track the delivery performances to end-points and resolve the unexpected incidents when necessary.
- Assist in arranging the reverse transportation from wholesale dealers.
2. Inventory Management
- Well-knowing the inventory situation and actively correct the improper system status
- Support inventory transfer flow across multiples channels
- Manage inventory accuracy among multiple systems and reconciliate when necessary.
- Assist in inventory enquiry from internal teams and process inventory movements of on-loan, write-off
3. ERP User
- Deliver reports for regular operation and work on financial monthly reconciliation
- As window among WMS, SAP and POS system for improper status correction and system modifications.

Job Experience & Requirements:
- Experienced understanding of inventory management process flows as well as ordering management, shipping operations.
- ERP/SAP Knowledge is a plus.
