Role Overview: We are actively seeking an experienced and motivated China Sales Manager for our Industrial Business. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the Chinese market, working closely with key industrial clients and stakeholders. This position will report directly to the Head of Sales - Industrial Business.
Key Responsibilities: 61 Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically tailored to the Chinese market. 61 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major industrial and power generation customers. 61 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. 61 Manage the complete sales cycle, including proposal development, negotiation, and closure of contracts. 61 Coordinate closely with global sales management to align local market activities with international strategies. 61 Provide regular performance reports and insights to the Head of Sales.
Qualifications and Experience Required: 61 Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience within the power generation sector. 61 Proven experience managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets in industrial markets. 61 Excellent understanding of the turbine and power generation market dynamics in China. 61 Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 61 Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional language skills are a plus. 61 Willingness to travel as needed within China and internationally. Preferred Location: Candidates based in or near Shanghai area is strongly preferred.
