Main Responsibilities To oversee and optimize our Douyin Store operations in China. This role will be responsible for end-to-end store management, including store design, product assortment, campaign execution, inventory management, and live streaming coordination, be responsible for the store KPIs. The ideal candidate should have strong operational expertise in Douyin business, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate with DP (Douyin Partners) and cross-functional team (Marketing & Media Team) to drive sales performance and enhance customer experience. 1. **Store Operation & Livestreaming Co-ordination** - Oversee daily store operations on Douyin store, ensuring smooth functionality and compliance with platform policies - Monitor and analyze store livestreaming KPIs (e.g. GPM, GMV, CTR, traffic, view rate, refund rate, media ROI, etc.), providing actionable insights to N+1 for optimization 2. **Store Design & Visual Merchandising** - Collaborate with e-marketing team on creative & content briefing to merchandising team & creative design agency to create an engaging and conversion-driven storefront. - Ensure on-brand and high-quality visuals (banners, product images, videos) to enhance user experience. 3. **Product Assortment & Product Fcst Support** - Plan and manage product assortment, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer demand. - Work with supply chain teams to select best-selling SKUs and optimize inventory turnover; support product and samples forecast 4. **Campaign & Promotion Management** - Support Douyin Ecommerce Manager in coordinating and executing Douyin e-campaigns** (Platform IPs, e-campaigns & celebrity livestreaming, etc) to boost traffic and conversions. - Coordinate with marketing teams to leverage Douyin traffic tool (e.g., Feeds Ads, KOL collaborations, 5. **Inventory & Order Fulfillment** - Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with logistics teams to prevent stockouts/overstocking. - Handle Customer Service & Complaints, ensuring timely resolution of order/delivery issues to maintain high store ratings. 6. **Live Streaming Planning & Execution** - Collaborate with livestream hosts/DP agencies to plan and schedule live shopping sessions. - Analyze livestream performance (viewership, engagement, sales) and propose optimizing approaches for better results. 7. **Vendor & Contract Management** - Liaise with **Douyin Partners (DPs)** and third-party service providers for store operations. - Follow up on **POs (Purchase Orders) and contracts**, ensuring timely execution and compliance. 8. **Data Analysis & Reporting** - Generate regular performance reports, identifying trends and recommending improvements. - Utilize **Douyin analytics tools** to track and optimize store performance.
Job Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred. - 3+ years of experience in Douyin business operation, e-commerce. - Strong understanding of Douyin’s ecosystem, including livestreaming,短视频, and traffic acquisition knowledge. - Proficient in Douyin business analysis tool (e.g., Douyin store backend system and Feigua飞瓜/Qian Niu千牛). - Experience working with **DPs (Douyin Partners), KOLs, and supply chain teams**. - Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus. - Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual merchandising.
