Your role: - Develop and execute marketing strategies for coating products, with a focus on pearlescent and specialty coatings. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the coatings industry. - Support customer projects by providing technical and marketing expertise throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with sales, R&D, and technical teams to develop value propositions and product positioning. - Manage product launches, promotional activities, and marketing communications. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders. - Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities and market dynamics to inform business decisions. - Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports to support business growth. Who you are - Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Materials Science, Marketing, or a related field. - Extensive experience in the pearlescent pigments or coatings industry is required. - Proven track record in supporting customer projects, including technical and commercial aspects. - Strong skills in market research, analysis, and strategic planning. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage. - Willingness to travel as required.
