Responsibilities 1. Issue shipping instructions to vendors, monitor shipment status, and drive vendors to ensure timely delivery. 2. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and forwarders to resolve shipment-related issues. 3. Check the correctness of vendors’ shipping documents and issue payment vouchers to arrange payment to vendors 4. Prepare a full set of original shipping documents in accordance with the requirements of customers and send shipping documents to clients timely. 5. Make commercial documents based on business requests 6. Handle customer claims on shipment problems 7. Carry out other jobs assigned by the supervisor or the department manager
Candidate requirement 61 Bachelor's degree in business preferred. 61 Strong time management skills with experience in processing large volume of shipping documents. 61 Good verbal & written communication skills in English and Mandarin. 61 In-depth knowledge of international trade with at least 2-3 years’ experience in handling international trade shipments and in dealing directly with overseas customers. 61 Good PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Office software. 61 Proactive, open-minded, and organized. 61 Strong orientation towards teamwork, zero-defect, solution-driven, and adherence to deadlines. 61 SAP experience preferred 61 Immediate availability is preferred.
