Job Description
1. Mechanical design, with focus on Project design and documentation.
2. Prepare technical feasibility analysis based on customer request;
3. Prepare "clause by clause" document for technical specification from customer;
4. Prepare proposal, bidding technical description, questionnaire and other documents for bidding.
5. Assist to prepare design plan, support project dept. for timing control;
6. Make interface drawing and get approval from customer;
7. Communicate with customer to get approval of "clause by clause" document, inspection and test plan and other documents;
8. Detail design and release drawings, prepare structuralists, technical description, spare parts list, RAMS and all other documents;
9. Organize pre-design review, final design review and make record;
10.Prepare "scope of delivery" and get approval from customer;
11.Work with Purchasing department for parts localization;
12.Participate in internal FAI, validate the design;
13.Assist test engineer to complete the movement test;
14.Implement Engineering changes;
15.Participate in customer FAI, responsible for communication and solving of technical issues;
16.Assist aftersales department to solve problems occurs during installation on site and on-site training if needed;
17.Support QA & Aftersales dept. for trouble shooting of products during operation; provide help to aftersales of documents if needed;
18.Liaise and cooperate with Germany Engineering Dept.
19.Tracked and researched HKS's standard design and new proposal and applied to HSH's design;
20.Information sharing about products and projects with HKS;
21.Other tasks assigned by Assistant Engineering Manager.

Job Requirements/岗位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, with major in mechanical or Engineering
2. 3 years working experience and minimum 2 years project design related experience, in railway related industry preferred
3. Excellent English and Mandarin language and communication skills
4. High team spirit and commitment, pro-active, systematic and target-oriented working style
5. Open, honest, authentic and integer character
6. Familiar with Catia & MS office
7. Willing to travel
