1. Project managing, design the study and provide guidance to the team to efficiently complete the projects 2. Be responsible for communicating with clients, fully understanding their needs and research purposes, and daily data updates, QA and troubleshooting during the project execution process. 3. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of scientists, be responsible for team expansion, training, and its daily operation. To enforce and meet EH&S and other operational requirement. 4. To optimize the current assay platform and develop new capabilities to meet market demands. 5. To work as a team with colleagues across various functions (at department, division, and company levels) in client service as well as capability buildup. 6. Provide scientific support to BDs and clients and deal with inquiries on WuXi Biology in vitro capabilities and data packs, working closely with the global team.
1. PhD in biology, immunology, oncology or related fields, or a MS with more than 5 years of relevant working experience. 2. Strong independent thinking ability, capable of independently analyzing and solving problems. 3. Expertise in research methods and contents related to the field of Immunology and Oncology, and autoimmune diseases. 4. Strong sense of responsibility, with a strong team spirit and cooperative awareness, able to fully communicate and coordinate the execution of projects within the team. 5. Strong English communication skills, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.
