Work Location: Shanghai, Jiading Purpose of Job / Job Summary: Key Account Manager is an ambitious and energetic practitioner to expand our business, will be the front of the company and have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth of Intelligent Solutions Business through boosting sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for SKF Intelligent Solutions business, including equipment condition monitoring, industrial control automation and sensor, etc. 2. Develop a growth strategy for target segments to focus both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. 3. Conduct research to develop new markets/applications and improve sales. 4. Present recommendations and service solutions clearly and concisely describe the value proposition to impress the clients. 5. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. 6. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. 7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Requirements: 1. 5+ years’ proven working experience as Key Account Manager, sales executive or a relevant role. 2. Proven record in equipment condition monitoring, industrial control automation or sensor sales. 3. Ability to manage product-based sales with experience in project-based sales. 4. Solid experience in distributor management. 5. Good communication and negotiation skills. 6. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. 7. Experience in team management is a plus. 8. Market knowledge and proficiency in English. 9. Ability to build rapport.
