职位职责 ｜ Key Responsibilities
一、设计管理与创意主导 ｜ Design Leadership & Management
- 统筹项目整体设计方向，制定空间叙事、色彩策略、材质概念等核心设计语言；
Lead overall design strategy, including spatial narrative, color schemes, and material direction.
- 主导设计概念的草图、空间模型、气氛图、手绘表达及视觉化演绎；
Direct the creation of sketches, conceptual models, mood boards, hand drawings, and visual storytelling.
- 指导设计团队制定方案汇报结构，包括内容逻辑、表达层级、重点强调等要素；
Guide the team in structuring design presentations with clear logic, layered expression, and visual emphasis.
- 管控项目美学统一性与设计完整度，参与关键创意决策与艺术指导；
Maintain consistency of aesthetics across the project and provide creative/artistic direction at key stages.
二、项目统筹与协调管理 ｜ Project Coordination & Delivery
- 与项目管理人员、客户代表、顾问团队等进行阶段性沟通，确保信息高效传达与需求精准落地；
Conduct regular coordination with PMs, clients, and consultants to ensure efficient communication and project alignment.
- 跟进施工图设计，审核重点节点、复杂部位与工艺细节，确保设计意图的技术可实施性；
Oversee construction drawing production, review key details, complex junctions, and ensure feasibility of design intent.
- 协调灯光、空调、结构、水电等专业图纸与设计逻辑的一致性，处理跨专业界面问题；
Ensure interdisciplinary drawing integration by coordinating lighting, HVAC, structure, MEP, etc.
- 深入现场进行样板审查、材料核对、节点落实，解决现场动态设计调整问题；
Participate in mock-up reviews, material validation, and resolve on-site design modifications.
三、团队带领与专业发展 ｜ Team Mentorship & Growth
- 带领项目小组成员进行阶段性目标制定与复盘回顾，提升团队执行效率与设计反思能力；
Lead project team members through goal-setting, periodic reviews, and post-phase evaluations.
- 指导初级、中级设计师在设计表达、图纸制作、模型深化方面的专业提升；
Mentor junior/mid designers on drawing clarity, rendering precision, modeling accuracy, and material knowledge.
- 定期组织内部培训、案例分享、设计评图会，营造学习型设计文化氛围；
Host internal workshops, critique sessions, and case studies to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- 协助制定公司内部设计流程与标准图纸体系，参与设计知识库建设；
Contribute to design process refinement, template development, and internal design resource curation.

职位要求 ｜ Requirements
- 室内设计、建筑设计或相关专业本科及以上学历，具有国际教育背景者优先；
Bachelor’s degree or above in Interior Design, Architecture or related field; international education background is a plus.
- 至少5年以上室内设计工作经验，具有完整负责中大型项目从概念到施工落地的经验；
Minimum 5 years of interior design experience, with end-to-end project involvement from concept to completion.
- 具备优异的设计美学能力、设计表达能力与空间逻辑思维，熟悉各种室内材料及其组合方式；
Strong design aesthetics, visual presentation skills, and spatial logic; familiar with a wide range of materials and how to combine them effectively.
- 熟练使用 AutoCAD、SketchUp、Enscape、Adobe Creative Suite（特别是 Photoshop / InDesign）、Microsoft Office；具备 Rhino、Revit、Twinmotion 等软件经验者优先；
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office; additional experience with Rhino, Revit, Twinmotion is a plus.
- 具备出色的客户沟通能力、问题解决能力与项目推进能力，能独立应对设计调整与多任务安排；
Excellent client communication, problem-solving, and task management skills; capable of handling design changes and multi-task coordination independently.
- 英文书面与口语流利，能进行中英文设计汇报与会议沟通；
Fluent in both written and spoken English; able to conduct bilingual presentations and design meetings.
