Job Purpose
This role plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in temperature-controlled logistics across Air, Ocean, and Road shipments. Acting as a central hub of expertise, the Executive aligns closely with the Global Competence Network (GCN) to uphold quality assurance protocols and leverage the latest technologies, tools, and best practices within the cold chain market.
Key Accountabilities：
1. Align with GCN to ensure the highest standards of Quality Assurance are maintained for temperature-controlled movement of Air, Ocean and Road shipments.
2. Central source of knowledge and experience understanding all the latest technologies, solutions and tools in the Cold Chain market in temperature-controlled movement of Air, Ocean and Road shipments.
3. Establishment of structured relationship with Cold Chain Packaging Solutions and Tools providers.
4. Project support and validation management with packaging solutions and tools.
5. Central point for escalation resolution ensuring customer and CEVA Quality standard is being followed.
6. Quotation and sales support.
7. Alignment and business implementations for new trade lanes.
8. Business support and optimization of supply chain processes.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. International trade, supply chain management, automotive, business, English majors preferred.
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.
4. Excellent MS Office skills (Excel advanced)
5. Analytical and business process driven
6. Ability to distance him/herself from current operational reality and to envision a future situation
