PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 61 Lead Integration design best practices for various integration programs and projects 61 Drive the Tapestry integration solutions and recommend industry standards/best practice. 61 Engage and guide technologists i.e. Developers, Architects on the entire SDLC phases – Design, Development and Deployment. 61 Lead the architecture and design of APIs for large enterprise with the intent of achieving the goal of a Composable enterprise 61 Experience with Domain Driven Design concepts in integrations designs 61 Solid understanding of the core concepts of Business Process Management 61 Define and enforce architecture principles & standards, lead Integration design reviews 61 Guide a team of Architects and Developers on IBM Integration stack (ACE/DataPower/API Connect / Cloud Pak for Integration) and Informatica integration technology design and development 61 Define & evangelize best-practice integration patterns across applications 61 Drive integration-specific aspects of enterprise and solution architectures 61 Partner with other architects to enable integration strategy & standardize/modernize integration across the enterprise 61 Lead integration experiments (e.g. POCs, prototypes, pilots) 61 Provide oversight to 3rd party vendors involved in end-to-end integration
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Experience: 61 Over ten years’ experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions 61 Hands on experience with Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE) platforms 61 Demonstrated experiences designing services integrations with IBM Integration Stack (Ace / Data power / API Connect) and Cloud Pak for Integration. Experience with MuleSoft a plus as we are evaluating future road map for iPass. 61 Deep knowledge of integration patterns, methods and technologies e.g. APIs (REST, SOAP etc.), SOA, BPM, ESB, EDI, ETL, message-oriented middleware, event-driven integration, micro-services 61 Deep hand-on large scale implementation experience with API Platform 61 Experience with API development and managing a full lifecycle API development platform 61 Demonstrated experience with High-Availability, Fault-Tolerance, Performance Testing and Tuning parameters 61 Experience with On-premises/ Cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations and definition/evangelism of best practices/standards. Experience with Munit, Maven and Jenkins 61 Experience developing & enabling governance, best practices and reusable components in the integration space 61 Excellent communication skills & ability to influence key technical & non-technical stakeholders; organizationally savvy 61 Experience with ETLs esp. Informatica preferred 61 Experience with Retail business is preferred 61 Experience with Streaming platform e.g. Kafka is good to have 61 Familiar with China Digital/Omni landscape and understand China consumer eco environment Education: 61 Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline; retail/consumer experience preferred 61 Graduate degree is preferred. Skills: 61 Deep knowledge and skilled in at least one Java based Middleware platforms preferably IBM Integration stack 61 Skilled in CI/ CD, Cloud integrations, Network and Security 61 Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, shift priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously while working towards agreed upon goals and target dates 61 Ability to anticipate, identify and escalate issues that may impede deliverables or introduce risk and enforce root-cause analysis and corrective actions 61 Team player with strong collaboration skills 61 Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment 61 Must be detail oriented and highly organized 61 Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and practices 61 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
