OBJECTIVES We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Officer to implement our digital marketing initiatives across digital platforms in China, providing support and working closely with our existing and new school marketing teams. This person will support the Head of Digital in the central office and contribute towards the marketing strategy for Wellington College China to achieve goals under the groupwise marketing strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Digital marketing initiatives implementation 61 Assist Head of Digital in implementing digital marketing initiatives and offer support or consultancy to address requirements from schools. SEO & Website Management 61 Be responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the group website, collaborate with web agency to enhance user experience 61 Lead SEO initiatives, ensuring website content is optimized for search engines including Baidu, Google and other potential ones. 61 Oversee SEO/SEM with support of agency and offer consultancy to assist schools in their SEO/SEM implementation. Social Media Operation 61 Strong know-how on social media platforms and daily operation. Work with internal teams and external partners to provide guidelines for social media operations, especially livestreaming. Performance Marketing 61 Plan and execute paid media campaigns (including but not limited to SEM, display, social ads) with a focus on leads generation ROI. 61 Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and A/B testing. CRM Execution 61 Leveraging CRM tools, implement and manage CRM or SCRM campaigns, formulate SOP to support marketing and admissions to improve the funnel conversion rate Analytics & Reporting 61 Measure, track and report performance metrics of all digital campaigns and channels against ROI and KPI goals 61 Provide clear insight and recommendations based on data analysis. 61 Other work assigned by the Head of Digital
