Key Responsibilities: Brand & Innovation Leadership 61 Serve as the face and voice of DaVinci Gourmet in the region; fully understand the portfolio’s unique positioning, storytelling pillars, and product advantages vs. competitors. 61 Lead the localization and creation of signature recipes using DaVinci’s sauces, syrups, and powders. Develop compelling and operator-friendly solutions tailored to various segments (coffee chains, street drink, QSRs). Presentation & Training Excellence 61 Design and deliver highly engaging training sessions, workshops, and masterclasses for distributors and customers with a strong focus on visual storytelling, consumer trends, and hands-on techniques. 61 Build presentation decks, demo materials, and physical drink concepts that balance commercial objectives with creative impact. 61 Take professional photos and videos of developed recipes; develop sales-ready materials such as recipe cards, innovation kits, and trend boards. 61 Support internal stakeholders (e.g., sales teams) with ready-to-deploy presentation formats, training content, and beverage strategy decks. Commercial & Market Engagement 61 Work hand-in-hand with regional sales managers to identify opportunity gaps, support key account growth, and co-develop commercial playbooks using a menu-centric selling approach. 61 Deliver tailored beverage solutions during customer meetings and pitching sessions, factoring in customer brand DNA, menu gaps, operational constraints, and pricing strategy. 61 Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at distributor and customer levels through regular check-ins, new product drop-ins, and engaging menu discussions. Market Insights 61 Regularly gather feedback on customer preferences, market challenges, and competitor movements; consolidate insights into regular reports for commercial teams. 61 Participate in tradeshows, industry events, and coffee festivals as a thought leader and subject matter expert, delivering demo presentations that drive lead generation and brand affinity. Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
61 5+ years in barista, beverage innovation, or foodservice application roles. 61 Good communication and presentation skills and good business sense. 61 Strong background in the coffee and/or beverage industry. 61 Proven track record of training delivery, recipe development, and market activation. 61 Able to think outside the box 61 Able to work cross-functionally / team player 61 Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English. 61 Willingness to travel across the region based on business demands.
