- Assure process objectives deployment and level of compliance within the site
确保工艺目标的实施及工厂内部的合规水平
- Manage and assure the coherence of the industrialization programs within the site perimeter
管理并确保工厂范围内工业化项目的一致性
- Manage the industrial investments program for its perimeter
管理所属范围的工业投资计划
- Monitor machine performance and improvement plans
监控设备性能及改进计划
Responsibilities 职责
- Responsible for industrial technologies of its perimeter
负责所属范围的工业技术
- Manage and animates the Process Expertise of its perimeter
管理并激励所属范围的工艺专家团队
- Coordinates the interfaces between its site, PG/PL/RO/platform and the Process Expertise Center
协调工厂、PG/PL/RO/平台与工艺专家中心之间的对接
- Manage the industrial teams in its perimeter (plant, production and industrialization)
管理所属范围的工业团队（工厂、生产及工业化）
- Manage the industrial plan of the site in line with the MTP, within its perimeter
根据中期计划（MTP）管理工厂的工业规划
- Coordinate and push standardization program project for product and process of its perimeter
协调并推动所属范围的产品及工艺标准化项目
- Participate to Technical Committee and validate process ECR
参与技术委员会并审批工艺工程变更请求（ECR）
- Manage and validate industrialization projects, with experts support
在专家支持下管理并审批工业化项目
- Define the program allocation during CAA and IAR process
在CAA和IAR流程中确定项目分配
- Participate in the IVC, PMC & PSC and Red Project Review, sourcing committee, …
参与IVC、PMC、PSC、红标项目评审及采购委员会等
- Apply the rules for equipment and tools standardization coming from PG
执行集团（PG）制定的设备及工具标准化规则
- Define programs and Budget Target 制定项目计划及预算目标
- Master Site Industrial Performance and deliveries, DL, Quality and Asset Utilization.
主导工厂的工业绩效、交付、交期（DL）、质量及资产利用率
- Support daughter sites during ramp up and processes issues
在产能提升和流程问题上为子站点提供支持
Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求
- Degree in university and Engineering is required.
具备本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械工程、电子工程等理工科相关专业背景。
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in Automotive-SMT industrial field.
具备5年以上汽车-SMT工业领域相关工作经验。
- Workable English communication skills required.
