Position Summary Provides pre-sales and after-sales service support to customers on-site in the fields of technical advisory work, instal-lation, repair, and maintenance ZEISS digital products. Serves as technical troubleshooter and reports directly to FORUM Service Manager. Main Tasks Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Support high quality after-sales service to satisfy customers 2. Handle technical inquire and provide instruments installation, de-installation, maintanence, trouble-shooting and repair. 3. Responsible for the implementation of ZEISS digital products to customer sites and promote custom-er satisfaction use. 4. Provide effective communication to customer and visiting VIP customers 5. Handling service quotation, service contract and collect service AR. 6. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirements Education Diploma in science and engineering Experience 1. Relevant working experience in development, technology, production or service of medical digital and medical in-strument field 2. 2 years experience in related field is preferred Other skills 1. Logical thinking 2. Good Customer Sense 3. Fluent Chinese communication skills combined with strong interpersonal, oral and written com-muni-cation skills 4. English language skills: Proficient in writing and reading, CET-4 5. Use of computer software and data processing applications relevant to technical techniques 6. Familiar with the medical digital industry and related technology
