职责描述: 1、 根据集团产品和品牌的视觉定位,高效完成设计任务; Efficiently complete the design tasks based on the visual positioning of the group's products and brands; 2、 完成集团市场部现有渠道/合作媒体平台的线上及线下的平面广告设计与(微信公众号头图、网站、杂志海报、广告、PPT等等); Complete the online and offline print advertising design of the Group's marketing department's existing channel/cooperative media platform (WeChat public number map, website, magazine poster, advertisement, PPT, etc.); 3、 定期收集并整理市场部共享盘中可供设计使用的素材; Regularly collect and organize materials available for design use on the shared drive of the marketing department; 4、 完成集团日常任务安排,包括但不限于平面广告设计、网页设计、静态页面设计等工作; Complete daily tasks for the group, including but not limited to graphic advertising design, web design, static page design, etc; 5、 负责为日常运营活动及功能维护提供美术支持,包括但不限于Banner、H5视觉、海报、社会化传播图等; Responsible for providing art support for daily operational activities and functional maintenance, including but not limited to banners, H5 visuals, posters, social media images, etc; 6、 负责公司市场推广活动等的企划方案设计并实施; Responsible for designing and implementing marketing and promotional plans for the company; 7、 完成上级交办的其他工作。 Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 任职要求: 1. 广告、平面设计、视觉传达设计等专业,3年以上平面设计工作经验,有教育行业经验者优先优先; Major in advertising, graphic design, visual communication design, etc., with more than 3 years of graphic design work experience. Education industry experience is preferred; 2. 熟练掌握Photoshop、illustrator、InDesign等设计软件; Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, etc; 3. 具有良好的审美能力和视觉创造能力; Possess good aesthetic and visual creative abilities; 4. 有较强的学习能力和团队协作精神,能适应快节奏的工作环境。 Strong learning ability and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to fast-paced work environments.
