【Responsibilities】
1- You will be responsible for product training, clinical application training as well as recommending configurations for sales. Be involved in educating internal colleagues and distribution partners in better understanding our product.
2- Be involved in educating and training partners, end-users in courses, workshops, and seminars. Ensure our partners and users are operating highly effectively and competitively in our markets.
3- Develop and continuously improve training curriculum, training materials and training tools, based on feedback.
4- Act in the field of Neurology, Psychiatry, Neurorehabilitation as well as in Neuroscience.
5- Be involved in establishing reference sites and developing national and international KOL networks.
6- Monitoring and analyzing competitor’s activities and product portfolios.
7- Participating in Exhibitions and Conferences.
8- Travel 100-150 days/year.

【Requirements】
1- Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, Clinical Medicine, or related fields.
2- Have College English Test Band 6 certificate (CET6), capable of communicating independently and fluently with international colleagues in English
3- Experience with training, demonstration and education. Possess familiarity with neurology, neurorehabilitation, psychiatry and neuroscience-related products.
4- Demonstrates efficient, self-directed learning agility
5- You can professionally interact with doctors and researchers in clinical and research fields, can answer their questions and solve their problems.
6- You can interact with and present in all kinds of marketing activities.
7- Have high levels of communication, polite and humble, can accept to work in a small scale of company within the next 2-3 years.
8- Proactively engages in company initiatives and operations with a strong sense of ownership.
9- Can independently create training materials (including PPT presentations) in both Chinese and English.
10- Skilled in tracking and analyzing competitors' product and market intelligence and promptly reporting findings to management.
11- Can travel 100-150 days/year.

【录用条件】
1-统招本科以上学历，拥有生物医学工程、神经科学、临床医学等专业学士及以上学位.
2-拥有全国大学英语六级（CET6）证书, 能够独立与国外同事用英文无障碍沟通。
3-有丰富的培训及演示经验，了解神经病学领域，神经康复、精神病学和/或神经科学领域相关产品。
4-有高效自主的学习能力。
5-能在临床及科研领域与医生、科研人员互动，能够解答客户的问题。
6-有各种类型活动中进行互动和展示的能力。
7-高度沟通能力，有亲和力，能接受在未来2-3年内在一家小型公司任职。

9-能够独立用中英文编写培训等PPT。
