SFE Operation Specialist (Contractor)
Department: CE&I, EPD China, Abbott
Reports to: SFE Operation (Sr.) Manager

Location: China, Shanghai
Role：
Work closely with SFE BP teams and support SFE operation managers on data preparation, sales appeal processing, DDI/KPI/performance tracking, and ad-hoc analysis supports, etc.
Responsibility：
1. Support sales data cleaning and preparation and HCO/HCP master database maintenance
2. Support continuous operation efficiency improvement through insightful diagnosis, analysis and recommendation
3. Work as key player in SFE team to support sales appeal processing
4. Conduct ad-hoc analysis with leadership requirements
5. Support medical representatives’ registration, collect rep’s personal information and send register result to field force
Desired Skills and Experience：
1. Bachelor’s degree and above
2. 2+ years of total experience with deep understanding of core business of pharmaceutical industry, preferably understanding in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) related topics
3. Result-driven, proactive, and committed to challenging the status quo for improvement
4. Team player with learning agility
5. Proficient in Excel
6. VBA capability is a plus; Python skills is a plus
