Identify industry trends and user pain points to create engaging topics. 61 Ensure timely content copy delivery as per the marketing plan and collaborate with the communications department for effective social media distribution. 61 Track content data (e.g., plays, interaction, and conversion rates) and optimize content and distribution strategies continuously. 61 Study platform traffic distribution mechanisms and design targeted activities to boost user participation and content metrics. 61 Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to align content marketing with business goals. 61 Monitor industry and competitor content strategies. Knowledge & Skills 61 Have an eye for graphic design and a solid understanding of digital communication and social media. 61 Possess project management and strong interpersonal skills. 61 Demonstrate keen market insight and creative thinking to explore new content, channels, and strategies. 61 Have excellent English writing skills. 61 Manage time well to complete multiple tasks and deliver high - quality work on time.
